Eligibility

• The 30-Days Money Back Guarantee is available to customers who have purchased Flosenso directly from the Energy Bots website starting from 1^st May 2024.
• Flosenso purchased from Amazon are eligible for refund/replacement as per their policy (which is usually 7 days only), you must contact Amazon customer support for Refund/Replacement.

Duration

• The Money Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase as per the invoice.

Return Condition

• To initiate a return, customers must contact FloSenso customer support within the guarantee period and request a return authorization.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation, as obtained from Energy Bots.
• To ensure transparency, the product must be returned in its original packaging with the “warranty void if removed” seal intact and untampered. Assess the product without breaking the seal to avoid disputes over the condition of the returned item.
• The product must not be physically damaged, altered, or modified in any way.
• Installation and shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Refund Process

• Please note that only the purchase price of the Flosenso product is eligible for a refund. Shipping charges and any additional fees, such as installation charges, are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be issued for the purchase price of the Flosenso.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase or can be transferred to the bank details provided by the customer if transfer via the original payment method is not possible.

Inspection and Approval

• We will evaluate returned products based on reasonable wear and tear standards. Customers can expect transparent assessment criteria to determine the condition of the returned product.
• Flosenso reserves the right to deny a refund if the product does not meet the return conditions outlined in these terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

• Flosenso shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or negligence in using the Flosenso App-based water level controller.
• Incidental damages may include unforeseen costs directly related to the malfunction of the product, while consequential damages may encompass losses resulting from the product’s failure. Indirect damage could involve secondary losses due to the product’s malfunction.

Modification or Termination

• FloSenso reserves the right to modify or terminate the Money Back Guarantee program at any time.
• We commit to providing advance notice or a grace period before any such action is taken.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the jurisdiction of Haryana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
